Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Provide support in literacy education and math instruction to enhance student understanding.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, particularly those with special needs or autism, to promote engagement and learning.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents regarding student progress and needs.
- Participate in lesson planning and preparation of instructional materials.
- Support daycare or childcare activities as needed, ensuring the well-being of all children.
- Foster a positive relationship with students through patience, encouragement, and understanding.
Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Familiarity with child-centered approaches is a plus.
- Previous experience in daycare or childcare settings is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an educational team.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their developmental needs.
