Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Provide attentive care to toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
- Foster a love of learning through interactive activities that promote literacy and other foundational skills.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress to tailor instruction to meet individual needs.
- Create a welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.

Requirements
