About this Job
Perform Commercial HVAC Planned Maintenance inspections as per contract and Planned Maintenance procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform HVAC Planned Maintenance inspections and preventative care as per contract and Planned Maintenance procedures.
- Inspects and maintains HVAC systems (RTU's, split systems, Lieberts, Data Room Units, Chillers, Pumps) per contract and Planned Maintenance procedures to meet all standards of building codes and safety and prevent major breakdowns.
- Complete Planned Maintenance work tickets
- Complete quote forms for additional work found on PM
Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's license
- Any combination of education and experience, in excess of 2 years, that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform Commercial HVAC Service work.
- EPA Certified
- Registered or Certified Tech through TDLR
- Possess valid driver's license
