Incident Response Engineer - Technical Support - REMOTE in the United States
What you will do :
- Work amazingly well with others and bring a client-first, positive attitude to work each day
- Monitor and maintain optimal performance of games, systems, and external resources
- Resolve errors and troubleshoot problems using Standard Operating Procedures
- Enhance monitoring platforms, reporting tools, and SOPs
- Administer Windows and Linux systems and perform break / fix procedures
- Onboard personnel and provide training on resource usage
- Conduct Quality Assurance checks
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and tools
- Detect and identify incidents
- Limit incident impact and prevent further damage
- Review and analyze incidents
- Contribute to CI / CD platforms
