Our client, a global leader in renewable energy, is looking to find an NPI Engineer for their team. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who thrives on bringing designs to life and enjoys working on the full product lifecycle—from concept through mass production .
Why This Role?
- Lead the transition from design to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring products meet performance and quality standards.
- Build and manage comprehensive product and production files, including Bills of Materials (BOM), product documentation, and technical drawings.
- Oversee the design of jigs, tools, and fixtures required for manufacturing, ensuring alignment with DFX principles
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, quality, and production teams to optimize processes.
- Manage technical supplier relationships, oversee engineering changes (ECOs, MCOs, waivers), and drive manufacturing improvements.
- Utilize your mechanical / electrical engineering expertise to enhance SMT processes, test fixtures, and electro-mechanical product desig n .
We hope you bring a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, proven experience in manufacturing and NPI roles, and strong communication skills to the job. We need "delivery-focused" NPI Engineers who know how to drive multiple projects through to completion simultaneously. Competitive compensation range of $140k to $175k, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and the chance to work in a cutting-edge, fast-growing industry.
