We’re looking for a Outside Sales Representative to help grow our brand presence in Sacramento and surrounding areas. This role is all about developing strong relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery chains, ensuring our beers are always on tap and on shelves. You’ll be the face of New Glory, helping retailers understand our story, supporting distributors, and executing sales strategies that expand our market reach.

Sales & Account Management

• Grow & Manage Accounts – Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery chains.
• Secure New Placements – Expand our brand’s footprint by actively pitching and securing shelf space and tap handles.
• Daily Account Visits – Follow a structured schedule to meet with buyers and decision-makers.
• Chain Store Development – Strengthen relationships with chain buyers and execute promotional strategies.
• Track Performance – Monitor sales, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Brand Building & Marketing

• Tell Our Story – Educate retailers and consumers about our brand and products with energy and passion.
• Engage with the Community – Attend beer festivals, industry events, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with Marketing – Help execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

Distributor & Team Collaboration

• Work with Distributors – Partner with distributor reps to keep New Glory top of mind.
• Support Sales Teams – Provide product knowledge to distributor and retailer staff.
• Ensure Product Availability – Work with internal teams to manage inventory.
• Share Market Insights – Provide feedback on industry trends and sales opportunities.

• 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible Schedule – Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Sales or Hospitality Experience – Preferred but not required (we’ll train the right person).
• Strong Organization Skills – Able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Willingness to Travel – Locally for daily visits and occasionally for events.
