About the Program:
Are you a recent Family Nurse Practitioner graduate ready to take your clinical skills to the next level? Lamprey Health Care’s 1-Year Family Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program offers the opportunity to grow professionally, gain hands-on experience, and make a meaningful impact in primary care for underserved communities. Selected fellows will be full-time employees with benefits at Lamprey Health Care. Fellows will be certified and credentialed members of the clinical team.
Program Highlights:
The Fellowship includes:
- Precepted Continuity Clinics: Four days a week at our Raymond or Newmarket centers.
- Specialty Rotations: One day a week in areas such as Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Dermatology, Geriatrics, Women’s Health, and more.
- Mentored Clinics: Occasional mentoring with other providers across our locations (Raymond, Newmarket, Nashua).
- Weekly Educational Sessions: Participate in didactic presentations, case reviews, and discussions.
- Quality Improvement Project: Complete a project to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Participation in Project ECHO: An innovative "all teach, all learn" education model.
- Comprehensive Evaluation: Receive feedback to ensure growth and success.

- Enhance Clinical Skills: Provide intensive, hands-on experience to bridge the gap between training and practice.

Qualifications
Successful candidates to the Nurse Practitioner Fellowship Program will:
- Be a recent graduate from a Master’s or DNP program.
- Be licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as an APRN in NH.
- Have ANCC or AANP certification as FNP.
- Be committed to primary care practice in a community health setting.
