JOB SUMMARY : This position has overall responsibility to provide optimum customer service to NHBB customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Position is responsible for effective and efficient handling of customer calls, order entry, quoting and expediting.
- Efficiently and accurately managing customer demand with our backlog and production capabilities.
- Responsible for resolution of customer complaints and invoice issues.
- Collaborate with other internal support functions, such as outside sales, engineering, and production personnel.
- Must collaborate / participate in goals and strategy to help to meet department and company goals.
- Proactively seek to understand business needs and provide relevant, data driven solutions.
