Liberty House, a program of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, is currently is looking for a strategically minded and self-motivated individual to lead our team as Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership of Liberty House and ensuring the program provides efficient and effective support services to clients by connecting them to available resources.

Duties:
· Lead the day-to-day operations of Liberty House through management of Assistant Director
· Responsible for developing and implementing fundraising systems and strategies that enable the program to meet its financial development goals and carry out its programs and operations. Working with the CCNH Development team, oversee staff engaged in development activities.
· Engage in sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements with community groups and organizations with special attention to the program’s veteran constituency.
· Hire and train staff and volunteers. Schedule, organize, and assign work to members of the team. Conduct performance reviews and manage performance, as needed.
· Oversee efficient and effective day-to-day operations of Liberty House to maintain or improve quality of program.
· Engage in strategic planning for the program, including contributing to writing and implementing the Strategic Plan.
· Plan and develop policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
· Serve as the primary spokesperson and conducts official correspondence on behalf of Liberty House.
· Effectively promote Liberty House with appropriate media, advocating for the mission and work of the program, and building relationships with constituent or stakeholder groups critical to the success of the program.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining sound financial guidelines.
· Collaborate with senior management in preparing a budget and seeing that program operates within budget.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
· Minimum 3 years of senior level human services program management.
· Experience developing and executing a strategic plan.
· Experience with creating and overseeing an organizational budget.
