LPN : $28 to $33.40 / hr, depending on experience.
Shift Differentials range from $2.00 to $3.50
Per diem extra $4.00 an hour (4 shifts a month, 2 need to be weekend day)

Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive Care : Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
- Care Coordination : Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
- Supervision : Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
