Details :

  • Shift : 1st shift part time, 2nd shift part time and 3rd shift full time.
  • Schedule : 1 to 4 shifts a week / every other weekend requirement.
  • Shift Differential : Earn an additional $2.00 weekdays and $3.50 weekends per hour

Competitive Pay

RN : $32 to $37.40 / hr, depending on experience

LPN : $28 to $33.40 / hr, depending on experience.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Comprehensive Care : Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
  • Care Coordination : Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
  • Supervision : Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

    Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.

    35 to $49.25 / depending on experience
