The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays and members of Minor League Baseball. The organization is proud to be New Hampshire’s only professional sports team, a community champion of the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire, and producer of high-quality family friendly entertainment.
The Fisher Cats are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individual motived to produce the top playing surface in the Eastern League and helping Delta Dental Stadium uphold its reputation as “Best Ballpark” as voted on by fans. The Field Operations Associate will primarily focus on field maintenance and the overall appearance of the grounds.

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Anticipated start date of March 15, 2025.
Anticipated end date of September 30, 2025.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities for the Field Operations Assistant include but are not limited to:
· Pregame preparation and post-game field maintenance and repairs.
· Rebuilding pitching mounds, home plate, and other dirt areas.
· Daily cleaning, set-up, and breakdown of dugouts.
· Set up and tear down batting practice.
· Rebuilding the grass edges.
· Shop maintenance.
· Tarp pulls
· Other duties as assigned by Director of Field Operations and Senior Leadership.
Qualifications
· Must be dependable.
· Must be able to work long hours.
· Must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends March-September.
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
· Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
· Turf experience a plus but not required.
· Must have a great attitude and be a team player.
