Job Summary – Essential Functions
Do you want to assist in and learn an industry that is fast-paced, family-friendly, sports environment? The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are looking for ambassadors for the Fisher Cats Ambassador Program during the 2025 season. Whether it's in ticket sales, stadium operations, or anything in between, the Fisher Cats are the place to start your career in sports and rotate through a variety of departments.
Departments include:
- Merchandise
- Box Office
- Marketing/Promotions
- Ticket Sales
- Stadium Operations
- Front Desk Management
- Street Team – Community Activation
The Fisher Cats Ambassador Program provides a hands-on, learning experience designed to boost your skill set and develop your event operational 'know-how.'
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the ticket sales department to execute ticket sales and service-related events
- Assist the box office in all ticket operations on game day and non-game days
- Assist the merchandise department in maintaining the two (2) team stores
- Assist the marketing and promotions team execute quality entertainment and game day presentation
- Plan, communicate and activate (in game/event) fan experiences
- Assist in maintaining Delta Dental Stadium to continue providing players, personnel, staff, and fans a quality work environment and venue
- Ability to manage office communications by facilitating phone calls and appointments while maintaining the front lobby and giving a positive first impression to all visitors at Delta Dental Stadium
- Ability to interact and engage with members of the community while working independently to continue to bring awareness to the New Hampshire Fisher Cats organization
- Administer superior customer service for all fans, patrons and clients
- Assist with additional duties and tasks as assigned by leadership
Required qualifications:
A qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree. Ambassadors should currently be enrolled in a college or university or soon-to-be graduate. Ambassadors should plan to spend at least two days in the office each week during normal business hours and attend 75% of games based on a schedule created by the Fisher Cats and provided to each ambassador at orientation. Orientation is tentatively set for May 19, 2025. Ability to work holidays and weekends is mandatory. Ambassador must be able to work in a professional work-place environment with a positive “can-do” attitude.
