The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays and member of Minor League Baseball. The organization is proud to be New Hampshire’s only professional sports team, a community champion of the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire, and producer of high-quality family friendly entertainment.
The Fisher Cats are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individual motived to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its reputation as “Best Ballpark” as voted on by fans.

The Game Day Staff members are the first line of support for our guests. It is required that the position accepts the responsibility that they are a representative of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, and in doing so also commits to perform in accordance with the standards and expectations of the organization. Game day staff positions include (but are not limited to): parking attendants, ushers, ticket takers, play area attendants, cashiers, guest services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and providing exceptional service.
- Provide directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas, restrooms and concession areas by utilizing provided resources.
- Promote Guest Services programs and initiatives.
- Enforce Delta Dental policies and procedures relative to the MLB’s Fan Code of Conduct.
- Assist with access control, ensuring all guests are in their proper location.
- Proactively monitor areas throughout the stadium to ensure guests safety and enjoyment of the event.
- Recognize and resolve customer concerns and situations effectively in conjunction with Stadium Security and Guest Service Supervisors.
- Provide a fond farewell to all guests as they are leaving.
- Inspect areas for safety hazards and report issues to Game Day Manager.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successfully pass a Background Investigation.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Delta Dental Stadium
Physical/Environmental Requirements
- Will require weekend and evening work.
- Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time and go up and down stairs
