The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays and members of Minor League Baseball. The Fisher Cats are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individual motived to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its reputation as “Best Ballpark” as voted on by fans. The Marketing & Promotions Assistant is a seasonal position that will primarily focus on marketing our events and executing game promotions at Delta Dental Stadium.

Social Media
- Increase and enhance fan engagement, ticket sales, and connection to communities.
- Provide content for release via social media channels.
- Engage social media users to offer a fan-engagement experience.
- Monitor conversations and address questions with appropriate staff.
- Assist with strategy to increase engagement amongst followers.
- Assist with growing overall social media presence via development of new media or strategies.
- Collect statistics on social media accounts and analyze to establish trends.
- Assist with franchise website graphics and updates as necessary.
- Provide live, game updates via social media.
- Contribute to the execution of Fisher Cats marketing plan by creating, proofing, submitting and confirming ad placements.
- Be able to speak in a public setting in an energetic and professional manner.
- Basic camera skills (videography skills is a plus)
Community Relations
- Coordinate player appearances.
- Implement theme days/nights with group sales representative assigned to theme.
- Coordinate awareness nights for local charities and concourse activities with local partners.
- Schedule mascot appearances.
- Oversee community ticket programs including Reading Challenge, Oral Health Challenge, and more.
- Coordinate community donation program by fulfilling ticket requests.
- Process and reply to general fan mail and email.
- Game duties may include assisting with pre-game ceremonies, on-field promotions and coordinating entertainment acts.
- Perform as mascot or serve as escort for mascot as needed.
- Oversee and participate in pocket schedule distribution when scheduled by Marketing Manager.
- Assist Creative Services Team in creating flyers, Videoboard elements, Web graphics and mockups for corporate clients.
Experience/Attributes Required:
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
- The ability to work nights and weekends during April – September.
- A self-starter who is trustworthy, responsible and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Manage time and orchestrate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to maintain self-confidence and high esteem in tasks such as feedback sessions, cold calling and prospecting.
