Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and responsible Security Personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests, staff, and players at Delta Dental Stadium. As a member of the security team, you will be responsible for monitoring the stadium grounds, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all stadium policies. This is a critical role in providing a welcoming and secure atmosphere for fans attending minor league baseball games and events.

- Crowd Management: Monitor crowd behavior, ensure compliance with stadium rules, and assist with crowd control during events. Provide clear direction and guidance when needed to prevent disorderly conduct or disturbances.
- Access Control: Conduct bag checks and screenings as necessary.
- Patrol & Surveillance: Regularly patrol the stadium grounds (inside and outside) to detect suspicious activities or safety hazards. Use surveillance systems to monitor and respond to any security concerns.
- Emergency Response: Act quickly and efficiently in emergency situations, including medical emergencies, evacuations, or security breaches. Provide first aid or coordinate with medical teams if required.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional, courteous, and approachable demeanor with all guests. Assist attendees with directions, general inquiries, or issues related to stadium safety.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report any security incidents, suspicious activities, or safety hazards to supervisors. Ensure proper protocol is followed for reporting and addressing incidents.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other team members, event staff, and law enforcement to ensure the safety and security of the venue and its occupants.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security or law enforcement training is a plus.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks (e.g., patrolling the stadium, responding to incidents).
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary licensing or certifications (e.g., first aid, CPR).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events may take place outside of regular business hours.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and navigate the stadium’s varying terrain.
Work Environment:
This position will primarily be outdoors, and staff must be prepared to work in various weather conditions. Occasional exposure to loud noise levels, large crowds, and other typical stadium environments.
