We’re hiring a full-time Facilities Manager for our Executive Division.
As the Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the office space and environment that contributes to our mission. In this role, you will:
- Perform hands-on facility maintenance at the Bedford facility, including minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC tasks, light construction, painting, and repairs.
- Respond to employee facility needs via an electronic ticket system, prioritize maintenance requests, and escalate issues requiring vendor services. Provide status reports on outstanding tickets as requested.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals to ensure reliable external support. Oversee vendor visits, serve as the primary contact, and monitor the quality of their work.
- Maintain, reconfigure, and repair employee workstations while keeping an inventory of furniture and fixtures.
- Act as a backup for the Security Manager to ensure the building's physical security.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls outside of regular office hours as the first responder.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
- Experience providing hands on interior maintenance for commercial office space.
- Property maintenance skills, including light electrical, small plumbing repair, and some construction abilities.
- Education: Six to eight years relevant work experience.
