We’re hiring a full-time Manager, Mortgage Loan Quality Assurance for our Homeownership Division.
As the Manager, Mortgage Loan Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in analyzing all mortgage pipeline activities that contribute to our mission. In this role, you will:
- Manage the processes around mortgage loan quality control, purchasing, delivery, and pooling enhancing efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
- Establish procedures for the timely, efficient, and compliant processing of loan documents required by each homeownership program.
- Prepare a variety of pipeline activity reports as requested to support various business activities, including reservation, rate and purchasing activity.
- Oversee and participate in the compliance management system and quality control of loans, ensuring that the organization and partners comply with all state and federal law, contracts, rules, applicable mortgage-insurer requirements and secondary market requirements.
- Develop, train, and supervise staff, complete performance reviews and salary evaluations, and manage compliance with employment and security policies.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
- Supervisory or managerial experience, including project and task planning, delegation, monitoring, coaching, and strong people management and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including anti-money laundering, Fair Lending, TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID), customer complaints, and data protection/security (collectively “Compliance Requirements”).
- Experience with Encompass preferred.
- Education: eight to nine years relevant work experience, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.

Starting Pay: $63,400 - $79,200, dependent on relevant experience
