Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Office Support
- Organize physical and digital spaces (Google Drive, Dropbox, storage areas)
- Support marketing efforts through social media, print ads, and mailers
- Draft correspondence and manage internal communications
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and staff celebrations
- Conduct research on products, courses, and vendors
- Maintain deadlines, organize data, and assist with tax document prep
- Moderate and schedule social media posts and responses
Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Run errands (grocery shopping, gift purchases, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Coordinate household tasks, payments, and schedules
- Plan vacations and handle online research
- Assist with pet care logistics and family calendar planning
- Maintain household systems and inventory tracking
Some tasks, such as thank you notes, document organization, and email or phone communications, may fall into both administrative and personal categories.
Qualifications and Preferred Traits:
- Experience with task and calendar management
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace and Dropbox
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities
- A natural love for details, planning, and helping others succeed
Compensation:
$18-$21 an hour
20 Hours a week with potential to go into full time for the right candidate
