- Solution Articulation: Provide insights and recommendations on intricate BI and integration-related issues. Design and implement seamless integrations between various software applications and backend systems.
- Operational and Analytical Reporting: Enable operational and analytical reporting capabilities for internal business customers, ensuring data-driven decisions.
- Best Practices Implementation: Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes to support data analysis efforts, enhancing program outcomes.
- Technical Support: Provide support to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports, dashboards, and solutions. Offer technical assistance and cross-training to team members.
- Data Retrieval and Analysis: Write high-quality T-SQL code to retrieve and analyze data from multiple source systems. Contribute to ongoing development and maintenance of analytical database instances.
- Data Quality Enhancement: Troubleshoot data-quality issues, validate result sets, and recommend/implement process and performance improvements for data.
- API Analysis and Utilization: Thoroughly analyze APIs, recognizing core industry concepts and workflows. Leverage APIs to standardize and extend functionality across various platforms.
- Real-time Solutions: Provide real-time solutions, demonstrating quick learning ability to understand systems, business processes, and new tools.
- BI and Integration Experience: 5 years of operational and analytical reporting experience, emphasizing strong expertise in developing integrations between diverse software applications.
- Adaptability: Ability to rapidly learn systems, business processes, and new tools to provide real-time solutions.
- Analytical Prowess: Excellent analytical ability, communication skills, and solid judgment to effectively collaborate with both business and technical associates.
- BI Solutions Development: Strong experience in developing, monitoring, tuning, and deploying scalable BI solutions, reports, and dashboards.
- Data Integration: Experience in extracting, cleaning, and integrating data for reporting through ETL and SQL methods.
- Modeling Concepts: Knowledge of modeling concepts, including relational and dimensional models.
- SQL Expertise: Expertise in writing advanced T-SQL queries, triggers, and designing complex stored procedures.
- Programming Skills: Expertise in writing Python scripts, working with REST endpoints, and understanding JSON.
Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Must be available to report for emergency work assignment during emergency situations.

Salary Information:
The hiring range for this position is $79,291 - $107,043 annually plus a competitive benefits package. Salary will be determined based on qualifications, internal equity, budget, and market considerations.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years of operational and analytical reporting experience, emphasizing strong expertise in developing integrations between diverse software applications; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
- Valid Driver's License (from any state) and good driving record required at time of application.
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License required by first date of employment with good driving record.
