Essential Duties:- Processes payments and revenue received by performing data entry of payments received, reconciling incoming payments with the appropriate revenue account, and preparing payment methods for deposit.
- Maintains records by preparing and updating files and transmits invoices.
- Researches, analyzes, and compiles financial information for various department accounts.
- Performs cash handling duties to include preparing and reconciling daily receipts.
- Performs customer service duties including responding to telephone inquiries, requests for information, and helping individuals fill out various financial forms.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
- Performs work during emergency/disaster situation

Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Must be available to report for emergency work assignment during emergency situations.
Salary Information:
The hiring range for this position is $36,325 - $49,038. Salary will be determined based on qualifications, internal equity, budget, and market considerations. Bilingual candidates are eligible for a differential (5%) when performing Spanish language interpretation during the course of work.

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and six (6) months of related clerical accounting or bookkeeping experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
