Duties

- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on patient assessments and nutritional requirements.
- Manage budgeting for the dietary department, including food procurement and inventory management.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive dietary care that aligns with patients' health goals.
- Train and mentor dietary staff on best practices in food preparation, sanitation, and customer service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets established standards.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify any issues related to nutrition or food service delivery.
