Job Type: Part-time, with the potential for full-time hours after 6 months if training objectives are met
Pay: $20.00 per hour, plus $5 for every appointment you set
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

This is a client-facing position; therefore, the ideal candidate would be a naturally outgoing, energetic, confident communicator.
Requirements:
· Driver’s license and clean driving history; own vehicle strongly preferred
· Smart phone with GPS
· Afternoon and evening availability at least 3 days per week
· Must be able to commute to our Milford, CT office as well as to various locations around CT
· Must be able to work both independently and as part of a pair or small team
Responsibilities:
· Get potential customers excited about the way fresh paint will make their home look and feel more beautiful and inviting
· Conduct prospecting activities in various neighborhoods in Connecticut, based on cold and warm leads provided by management
· Utilize communication skills to set estimate appointments and foster strong customer relationships
· Demonstrate accountability by maintaining accurate, daily time and activity reports
