• Supervise and work with youth in a residential, community, or school-based program

• Oversee and assist with maintaining agency/licensing living standards

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Experience in the field a plus (required for senior position)
• Ability to engage with youth, apply sound judgment, and be positive
• Ability to be on time, follow instructions, and use sound judgment
• Must be able to drive and speak/understand English
• Must have basic computer skills to access emails and learn company tracking systems
• Must clear background fingerprint checks and pass physical assessments
