Purpose of Job:
Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by maintaining the electronic record systems and providing related training and related technical support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for staff.

Support end-users with password resets, system access, and basic troubleshooting.

Log, track, and document helpdesk tickets in the ticketing system.

Help set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.

Install and update software applications in compliance with security policies.

Assist in inventory management of IT assets.

Learn and follow cybersecurity best practices, including HIPAA compliance.

Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN).

Support user account management under IT supervision.

Shadow experienced IT staff to gain hands-on learning experience.

Participate in IT training sessions to improve troubleshooting skills.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel may be required.
Qualifications
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED.
Skills: Computer skills required. An attitude of professionalism and courteousness is required. Must be organized, self-motivated, proactive, and independent. Collaboration is often required to achieve goals. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are a must.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, use vision, stand, sit, and be mobile. The employee will use their hands to finger, handle, and feel. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. Lifting occurs about half the time up to 10 lbs. Rarely is there a need to lift more than 10 lbs.
