Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 30 beds in the Long-Term Care unit
- Patient Ratios:
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:15
- CNA-to-Patient Ratio: 1:10
- EMR System: Point Click Care
- Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous experience managing LTC units or skilled nursing care
- Type of Patients on Unit: Long-term care and skilled nursing
Scope of Responsibilities:
The Nursing Director for Long-Term Care will:
- Assist in the development of goals, performance standards, and policies for the LTC unit
- Establish objectives for the LTC unit and develop an organizational structure to meet these objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the LTC unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and high standards of patient care
Salary & Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $43.00 - $54.00/hr based on experience
