We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Resource to join our growing IT team. The Junior IT Resource will provide essential technical support, assist with system maintenance, and contribute to various IT projects. - Provide first-level technical support to employees and students, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic network connectivity problems.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document and track support requests using a ticketing system.
System Maintenance:
- Assist with routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates and patching.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Perform basic server administration tasks under supervision.
- Help with the maintenance of IT inventory.
Project Assistance:
- Assist senior IT staff with the implementation of IT projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation.
- Participate in testing and evaluation of new hardware and software.
General IT Support:
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace.
