The FSP Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical and support services of their assigned team. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure culturally competent mental health services to clients through the supervision of assigned associates.
Full-time Exempt
Salary : $82,000 – $90,000 annually
Schedule : Hybrid; Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Requirements :
Scope of Responsibilities : Provide training, supervision, and guidance to ACSW, AMFT, interns and trainees in MSW, MFT programs and paraprofessional client support staff; and reviews supervisees’ documentation of client services and ensures program and QA compliance. Supervision of assigned staff includes management, coordination, case assignments and direction of the clinical and case management activities of supervisees. Position may include providing direct clinical / therapeutic counseling and mental health services, clinical intake / evaluation, crisis intervention, community presentations and other therapeutic services as needed. Participates in the management of Clinical Services with implementation and facilitation of new programs and transformations as required.
