Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Apply paint using hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment to achieve desired finishes.
- Conduct quality checks on painted surfaces to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble components as required for projects.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency in painting processes.
