Apartment Maintenance Technician
Moultrie, GA | Temp to Perm | $15.00 / Hour
We are looking for a maintenance technician to handle maintenance work in an apartment complex. You will be expected to take ownership of your position, complete tasks in a timely manner, and treat each customer interaction with care.
Responsibilities
- Getting apartments ready for turn over
- Paint and handle basic maintenance
- Complete plumbing, wall fixtures and outlets
- Maintain grounds of the apartment complex
- Handle all work orders inside and outside grounds, including parking lot
- Complete additional duties as requested
Requirements
Location : Moultrie, Georgia
Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM
