Customer Service Representative
Thomasville, GA l Temp to Perm l $12.00 - $15.00 / Hour
A well-known propane supplier is hiring for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional customer service to current and potential customers. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
Responsibilities
Promptly answer phone calls
Direct phone calls to the correct department
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Stay informed about company policies, products, and services
Requirements
Previous office experience is required
Call center experience is a plus
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clean drug screen
Willing to undergo criminal background check
Ability to lift 15lbs
Location : Thomasville, GA
Pay Range : $12.00 - $15.00 / Hour
Schedule : Monday – Friday 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM
