Help Desk Support Specialist 2
Thomasville, GA | Temp to Perm | $17.45 / Hourly
We are a dedicated and detail oriented Help Desk Support Specialist 2 to join a team in Thomasville! The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to effectively manage various IT-related tasks while proving excellent support to users.
Responsibilities
- Ticketing system management
- Answering the phones and assisting individuals with issues
- Data entry into systems
- Managing Active Directory
- Creating Email accounts
- Ensuring users are in their appropriate groups
- Adding computers onto the domain
- Adding company software to computers
- Deploying computer into production
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Location : Thomasville, Georgia
Pay Rate : $17.45 / Hourly
Schedule : 30 hours per week. Schedule is flexible
