Spray Technician

Thomasville, GA | Temp to Perm | $18.00 / Hour

A nursery is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spray Technician to join a local landscape company. The ideal candidate will be responsibly for preparing and applying fertilizers and other chemicals to lawns, flower beds, and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and apply fertilizers and other chemicals to lawns, flower beds, and outdoor areas, ensuring optimal plant health and growth
  • Operate handheld and ride-on sprayers with precision to apply treatments effectively and efficiently across areas
  • Engage with customers while working in their yards, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with landscape chemicals required
  • Efficient with math and must pass math test
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
  • Have a clean background and drug screen
  • Wear closed toed shoes
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Stoop, kneel, reach, push
  • Lift and move 40 pounds regularly, possibly up to 100 lbs
  • Work well at various temperature and outdoor conditions

    • Location : Thomasville, Georgia

    Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

    Schedule : Monday – Friday 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
