Job Overview
We are accepting resumes for state certified and FHA approved appraisers in these cities ONLY: Fayetteville, AR and Little Rock, AR . We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Appraisers to join our team The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate appraisal processes and methodologies, as well as the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis. This role involves evaluating properties to determine their value for financing purposes. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in quantitative research and financial concepts while adhering to USPAP and Fair Housing regulations. Must be a state certified appraiser and FHA Approved. This is a fee-split 1099 position, and our splits are extremely competitive. We are working with a well-known, high volume client within your market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive property appraisals by analyzing market trends, property conditions, and comparable sales data.
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports that clearly communicate findings and methodologies used in the valuation process.
- Ensure compliance with USPAP and Fair Housing regulations throughout the appraisal process.
- Maintain accurate records of appraisals and ensure all documentation is complete and organized.
Qualifications
- State Certified FHA Approved
- Proven experience in real estate appraisals.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proficiency in research data collection techniques and tools.
- Proficient with ACI, MLS and E & O required.
- Understanding of USPAP and Fair Housing regulations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and client interaction.
