Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Administrative Assistant at New Home Lending Company located in Fircrest, WA. Assist the NHLC home office by personifying positive professional service to clients, business partners, builders, and the home office team. Contribute to the overall vision of the company by performing core functions in the office while assisting the team with project tasks as they may arise.
Qualifications
- Consistency in attendance and all areas of responsibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain Washington Notary License
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage processing software
- Knowledge of mortgage loan terminology and processes
- Experience in the financial services industry is a HUGE plus, including Title, Escrow, and or Insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent; Additional certification in mortgage industry is a HUGE plus
