- $70,000 annual salary plus biannual performance-based bonus opportunities of up to 5% of the annual salary.

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!
- 3-5 years of HubSpot implementation experience at an agency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing automation, and CRM optimization.
- HubSpot and Project Management certifications (highly preferred).
- The ability to work in person two days per week in the Elmhurst, IL, corporate office is required.
- Optimize Revenue Operations: Manage HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and sales processes.
- Lead & Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Drive Insights & Strategy: Analyze data, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Oversee implementations, migrations, and integrations with Salesforce & HubSpot experts.
