Interns should be prepared to work in an in-person environment at the agency for 8 weeks over the summer, June 2-July 25.

This role requires a design fundamentalist, who approaches projects with both rational and innovative mindsets. The Art Director Intern extends visual language and is always mindful of both how it looks and how it works.

Responsibilities:
- Work under Art Directors and Sr. ADs to solve an array of visual and marketing problems
- Create designs and identify how to extend the visual language for any given project
- Assist with the creation of online visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons and other interactive elements
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, as directed
- Online portfolio showcasing examples of previous work
- 0 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated
- Leader on campus and off
- Strong communication skills and resilient / resourceful when given feedback
- Has ideas, shares ideas, not afraid to fail forward
- Team player who willingly jumps in where needed
- Extremely detail oriented, organized, and thorough
- Asks questions and actively seeks opportunities to get the most out of the experience
