Position Summary
As the Executive Director of NHC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of New Hope Carolinas PRTF which is the flagship program of New Hope Treatment Centers. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation through a talented team of Department Directors and leaders. You will lead a talented team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and compassion. This position is truly the tip of the spear and the buck stops here role at NHC. This means tremendous responsibility but also tremendous opportunity for the right leader. This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with the organization's mission and vision.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the organization's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Human Resources: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Clinical Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services that meet regulatory standards and best practices.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community partners, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Quality Improvement: Continuously improve the organization's performance through data-driven decision-making and quality initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, psychology)
- Extensive experience in healthcare leadership, preferably in a behavioral health setting
- Proven track record of success in leading complex organizations
- Strong financial acumen and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, patients, and families
- Passion for providing high-quality care and improving the lives of others
