Key Responsibilities:

Support staff training on best practices, safety protocols, and performance standards.
Monitor compliance with safety protocols and conduct safety audits.
Work with staff to enhance resident care and support therapeutic goals.

Foster collaboration across teams to enhance residential treatment experiences.
Provide crisis intervention support and assist with de-escalation training.

Qualifications:
