Job Summary
To provide accounting support and perform moderately complex work involving the application of GAAP, as well as recording and maintaining accurate student tuition/financial records
Essential Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a love for God and His children

- Assist with reviewing financial documents for new and re-enrolling students
- Assist families with tuition management accounts, including set up and maintenance
- Assist with specific accounting functions: accounts payable/accounts receivable
- Assist with ESA and other student account reconciliations
- Assist with annual audit
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist in monthly GL close-out and report preparation
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance
- Part-time position; 5 hours per day

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
