The IT Support Technician will work under the guidance of the IT Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day end user support.
Essential Characteristics And Responsibilities
- Ability to understand, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop issues.
- Configure, install, monitor and maintain end user mobile devices and chrome books.
- Configure and install user software as needed.
- Configure, install and support end user peripherals such as printers, web cams, etc.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot network related issues.
- Familiar with the Microsoft suite of applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiar with iOS based mobile devices (iPhones/iPads).
- Reliable transportation and a clean license with the ability to travel within the county to resident homes to provide technical support as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.
(one of the below is required):
- High School diploma/GED AND A CompTia Net , A or Sec OR a Google IT Support certification plus at least 6 months in a prior IT position.
- An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking or Information Systems or a related technology field.

Salary : $20 - $25
