Essential Characteristics and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administering Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server and all Microsoft Azure tools, including Entra, Intune, TEAMS and Sharepoint.
• Ability to manage and support hypervisor tools such as Netapp, VMWare and Hyper-V
• Ability to understand, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve end user compute issues with windows-based devices and cloud/web applications
• Configure, install, monitor and maintain end user mobile devices and chrome books, leveraging Microsoft Intune
• Configure and install user software as needed.
• Configure, install and support end user peripherals such as Printers, Web Cams, etc.
• Familiar with the Microsoft suite of applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiar with iOS based mobile devices ( iPhones / iPads )
• Reliable transportation and a clean license with the ability to travel within the county to resident homes to provide technical support as needed.
• Must be familiar with Windows Server 2016 and newer, Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and newer, Windows 10/11
• All other duties as assigned by the I.T. Manager
  
  

Qualifications: 

Education: 

• An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking or Information Systems or a related technology field.
• A Microsoft 365 Administrator/Azure certification or a prior MCSA/MCSE certification is preferred.
  
  

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in any systems administration role or a technical support role with some exposure to windows administration. Experience utilizing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, NetApp, VMWare and other similar products is a plus.

Salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00.
