1st shift HS Monday-Thursday 7-3 & EOW 7-3
2nd shift 2 staff
Staff 1 Monday -Thursday 3-10 & EOW 3-10 39/WK
Staff 2 Tuesday-Friday 3-10 & EOW 3-10 35/WK
O/N positions
Position 1- Wed-Sat 10pm-7am 40/WK
Position 2- Sunday-Tues 10pm-7am 30/WK
PT positions-
3-10pm Friday -Monday 28/WK
7-3 Every Friday-Sunday 24/WK
7am-3pm every other weekend 8/WK
DSP Job Description:
- Provides assistance to residents in performing daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, etc.
- Provides assistance with transferring residents in accordance with the transfer policy and procedures, and the day-to-day operating policies and procedures of New Hope Living Inc. & Nursing Services
- Provides assistance with transferring residents in accordance with the transfer policy and procedures, and the day-to-day operating policies and procedures of New Hope Living Inc. & Nursing Services
- Encourages residents to take advantage of their benefits as soon as possible to help reduce hospitalization costs
- Assist residents with transferring residents in accordance with the transfer policy and procedures, and the day-to-day operating policies and procedures of New Hope Living Inc. & Nursing Services
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
