New Hope Ministries, a leading Christian social service agency is seeking a caring and professional individual to assist the guests of New Hope Ministries in their efforts toward stability through workforce and employment training programs. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Duties include screening low income individuals and families for educational instruction and workforce training to promote self-sufficiency, management of dedicated volunteers, and community outreach duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, social work and interpersonal skills, have reliable transportation, strong organizational skills, be a self-starter, demonstrate good time-management, possess at least a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, and have a desire to share the love of Christ by helping our neighbors in times of need. Language proficiency in Spanish or Haitian as well as English would be a great asset.

- Shall be a Christian who agrees with the Statement of Faith, as found in the By-laws for New Hope Ministries.
- Shall have at least a Baccalaureate degree in a human service field or its equivalent in formal education and career experience.
- Shall demonstrate good human service and interpersonal skills.
- Shall possess good managerial and leadership skills.
- Possess a driver's license and clean driving record.
- Obtain and maintain 1st Aid and CPR Training
- Must obtain and maintain child abuse clearances
- Must obtain and maintain mandated reporter child abuse training and serve as a mandated reporter.
