Job Duties include managing relief staff, including providing feedback, ensuring training is done and ensuring satisfaction, scheduling replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage, approving, tracking and reporting various time and payroll metrics, processing staff call-offs and assisting managers with coverage solutions and participating in on call rotation.
