The Director of Information Technology will manage and direct the organizations information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service. This includes evaluating current systems for alignment with the mission and vision of New Hope.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and updating IT policies and systems
- Managing the department's help desk
- Manages and implements the organization's business continuity protocols and security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
- Maintains and track's organizations IT and cellphone assets, ensuring effective utilization.
- Coordinates multisite IT systems.
