What You'll Do
- Serve as a positive role model to youth and young adults.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to help clients develop essential life skills.
- Design and implement engaging activities that promote emotional, social, and behavioral development.
- Work closely with therapists, caseworkers, probation officers, and guardians to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
- Facilitate individual and group sessions focused on:
- Mental Health Support
- Substance Abuse Recovery
- Anger Management
- Emotion Regulation
- Trauma and Grief Processing
- Building Healthy Relationships

What We're Looking For
- Must meet the minimum state licensing requirement for BHTs or Para Professionals.
- At least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience working or volunteering with at-risk youth, teens, or adults in a behavioral health, mental health, or related setting.
- A valid Arizona Driver's License (with no restrictions).
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check and obtain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Competitive Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience and education).
