The member experience coach is responsible for establishing conversations with everyone that interacts with our business. With a focus on the member experience you assist people in participating in the best programs for them.
Priorities/Job Goals
- To increase sales through staying in contact with people and following up to keep engaged with people.
- Follow up and sell to prospective members
- Onboard new members
- Meet with and ascend existing members
- Reach out to former members
Roles and Tasks
- Manage leads and prospects
- Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.
- Manage incoming web leads
- Manage and administer No Sweat Intros
- Onboard new members
- Manage new members and take through our onboarding process.
- Follow up with members as they get started.
- Member Ascension
- Create more upsell opportunities with members through conversations.
- Member Retention
- Book and meet with existing members
- Manage at risk members
- Assist in marketing sales, specials, and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with the management team to capitalize on the marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in the community.
- Community Outreach
- Attend community events to accumulate new leads and make productive contacts.
- Assist in Flyer route
- Assist in creating joint ventures
- Member Management
- Follow upsell, downsell, freeze, and cancellation procedures.
- Update client information in the company contact database.
- Collect marketing materials
- Collect feedback from people on our services to use for testimonials and improving our business.
- Manage Sales and contact resources
- Check business emails daily.
- Check and update the tasks in the contact tracker.
- Check and update the leads pipeline.
- Check the daily log and convert any information to the appropriate place.
- Check, respond, forward, and mark resolved company text messages.
- Assist in facility management
- Help prepare the facility
- Clean and tidy up.
- Provide feedback to help improve customer experience.
Complete sales goals.
Characteristics
- Must be detail and goal oriented.
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must be able to use multiple software systems.
- Some basic knowledge of fitness.
- Must portray belief in health and fitness.
Compensation
Hourly.
Commission.
Ability to work additional hours.
