Culinary Support

We are seeking a Culinary Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and guide a team towards the goals of the dining department.
Extensive cooking experience and experience leading a team are required.
New Horizon Foods is a dining contract company that specializes in providing services tailored to the location and client.

Responsibilities :
- Assist multiple locations with filling in positions as needed
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Work closely with district manager
- Develop and maintain relationship with other management and client
Requirements :
- Extensive culinary experience
- Prior experience with leading a team
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft office including excel
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Must have vehicle and valid drivers license
- Must be able to travel for work and may require overnights
