Dining Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Services Supervisor to lead our team. This individual will possess a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively guide a team towards achieving the goals of the dining department.

Main Responsibilities:
- Developing menus that meet provided guidelines
- Ordering and maintaining inventory
- Hiring and developing team members
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving
- Ensuring all food is presented attractively and appetizingly
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Assisting with kitchen and dining area cleaning and sanitization
- FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY AND SANITATION PROCEDURES
- Maintaining relationships with management and clients
Requirements:
- Prior experience in overseeing a team on a daily basis
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Able to work on feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
